Pumelo Studios provides game development services including but not limited to:

• Custom game development for mobile, web, console, and VR/AR platforms
• Game design consultation and strategy
• Technical development services
• Post-launch support and maintenance
• Team extension services

3. Service Terms

Project Agreements

All development projects are subject to separate project agreements that outline specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules. These project agreements take precedence over these general terms for project-specific matters.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Consultation services are billed hourly as specified

4. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the final game products developed specifically for them, subject to the terms outlined in individual project agreements.

Pumelo Studios Rights

Pumelo Studios retains ownership of:

• Proprietary development tools and frameworks
• General methodologies and processes
• Rights to showcase work in portfolios (with client approval)
• Any pre-existing intellectual property

5. Confidentiality

Pumelo Studios respects client confidentiality and will:

• Keep all project details confidential unless authorized to disclose
• Sign Non-Disclosure Agreements when requested
• Protect proprietary information and trade secrets
• Limit access to project information to necessary team members

6. Limitation of Liability

Pumelo Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the conditions specified in individual project agreements. Upon termination:

• Payment for completed work is due
• Work products will be delivered according to agreement terms
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

9. Changes to Terms

Pumelo Studios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
